This stage play is held in Songyan Cultural and Creative Park. Which is one of the largest performance venues in Taiwan. As a member of the advertisement team, I am not only responsible for designing promotional materials and printing but, also team communications to arrange their schedules. After each communication with the manufacturer, I learned how to deal with documents and software materials. I have a certain understanding of paper quality and can distinguish the usefulness of various papers. Furthermore, in order to promote this event, the biggest selling point of the event needs to be the most efficient way to reach a certain group of people on Facebook's fan page and Instagram. So on the day of the performance, more than 200 chairs were all filled. Seeing such a scene was a very fulfilling thing. I felt that the hard work before seemed easier than I had first thought. This part of my adventure has strengthened my dream of becoming an event planner.
